Por ello, muchos trabajadores recurren a supuestos gestores que ofrecen resolver estos tr\u00e1mites a cambio de una compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, sin saber que podr\u00edan ser v\u00edctimas de un fraude.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1423\">La <strong data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1097\">Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro (Consar)<\/strong> ha lanzado una advertencia contra estas malas pr\u00e1cticas, pues muchos de estos despachos no solo cobran por tr\u00e1mites gratuitos, sino que adem\u00e1s podr\u00edan <strong data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1296\">afectar directamente el acceso a la pensi\u00f3n<\/strong>, ya que algunas acciones fraudulentas reducen el n\u00famero de <strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1422\">semanas cotizadas o el saldo acumulado en la cuenta individual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1423\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-160484\" src=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/alertan-de-falsos-gestores-2-300x211.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/alertan-de-falsos-gestores-2-300x211.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/alertan-de-falsos-gestores-2.jpg 718w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1788\">De acuerdo con la Consar, estos <strong data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1542\">falsos gestores se promocionan en redes sociales como Facebook, TikTok y WhatsApp<\/strong>, prometiendo realizar tr\u00e1mites en corto tiempo y a bajo costo. Usan formatos gen\u00e9ricos con logos de instituciones como el <strong data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1690\">IMSS, SAT o Infonavit<\/strong>, y mantienen comunicaci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente por mensajes de texto, lo cual es una clara se\u00f1al de alerta.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"2122\">Entre los tr\u00e1mites que estos <strong data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1850\">\u201ccoyotes\u201d prometen realizar<\/strong> est\u00e1n los retiros por desempleo o matrimonio, servicios para construcci\u00f3n o remodelaci\u00f3n de vivienda, demandas contra las Afores, as\u00ed como supuestos <strong data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2033\">retiros totales o anticipados<\/strong>, lo que puede generar <strong data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2102\">graves consecuencias legales y financieras<\/strong> para el trabajador.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"2122\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/07\/16\/emiten-ficha-roja-de-interpol-contra-hernan-bermudez-exsecretario-de-seguridad-de-tabasco\/\"><strong>Emiten ficha roja de Interpol contra Hern\u00e1n Berm\u00fadez, exsecretario de Seguridad de Tabasco<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2517\">La Consar advierte que confiar en estos servicios podr\u00eda significar <strong data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2291\">la p\u00e9rdida del ahorro acumulado, pagos sin retorno y hasta la disminuci\u00f3n del historial laboral<\/strong>, lo que implicar\u00eda <strong data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2382\">perder el derecho a una pensi\u00f3n y a servicios de salud en el retiro<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, entregar documentos oficiales como <strong data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2460\">CURP, NSS o estados de cuenta<\/strong> expone al trabajador al riesgo de <strong data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2516\">robo de identidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2858\">La dependencia subraya que <strong data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2612\">todos los tr\u00e1mites ante las Afores son completamente gratuitos<\/strong>, seg\u00fan la regulaci\u00f3n vigente, y que <strong data-start=\"2649\" data-end=\"2706\">ning\u00fan despacho externo est\u00e1 autorizado para hacerlos<\/strong>.
