Un hombre fue asesinado a balazos en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica<\/strong> la noche del pasado 24 de mayo de 2025<\/strong>, en el municipio de Silao, Guanajuato<\/strong>. La agresi\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 alrededor de las 23:30 horas<\/strong>, cuando la v\u00edctima se encontraba afuera de un domicilio ubicado sobre la calle Miguel Hidalgo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan las investigaciones de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, el atacante, identificado como Armando \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, alias \u201cEl Mandingo\u201d<\/strong>, se aproxim\u00f3 a pie y dispar\u00f3 a corta distancia<\/strong> contra la v\u00edctima, caus\u00e1ndole una herida mortal<\/strong>. Luego de cometer la agresi\u00f3n, el presunto homicida huy\u00f3 del lugar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El caso fue judicializado y, durante la audiencia inicial, un juez determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso penal al imputado<\/strong> por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de homicidio<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de imponerle la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
