Se investiga un presunto desfalco de <strong data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"908\">50 millones de pesos<\/strong> mediante contratos adjudicados a empresas ligadas a trabajadores de confianza del instituto, de acuerdo con lo publicado por el sitio POPLab.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1399\">El juez Orlando \u00cd\u00f1iguez Delgadillo resolvi\u00f3 que la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, <strong data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1103\">Diana Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, actu\u00f3 con premura al cerrar el caso solo 17 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de abierta la investigaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, representantes del instituto presentaron <strong data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2071\">contratos, actas t\u00e9cnicas y evidencias de obra<\/strong>, los cuales no se consideraron en su momento porque ya se hab\u00eda cerrado el caso en noviembre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2526\">El representante legal del ISSSTE que compareci\u00f3, <strong data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2242\">Kevin \u00c1lvarez Salgado<\/strong>, pidi\u00f3 una ampliaci\u00f3n de plazo para entregar pruebas, pero la solicitud fue negada. La fiscal acept\u00f3 que ya hab\u00eda redactado el borrador de la no acci\u00f3n penal incluso antes de esa comparecencia, lo que, seg\u00fan el juez, demuestra una decisi\u00f3n anticipada y sin sustento legal suficiente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2526\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@elotroenfoque\/video\/7521931568865217810?_r=1&amp;_t=ZS-8xeh92v0PRA\"><strong>Sigue tambi\u00e9n las noticias en TikTok<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2934\">Tras la resoluci\u00f3n judicial, se confirm\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 retomada, pero ya <strong data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2652\">no estar\u00e1 a cargo de Diana Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, quien fue separada del cargo y actualmente enfrenta un <strong data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2726\">proceso penal<\/strong> junto con otros fiscales por el cierre prematuro de esta carpeta.
