El secretario de Salud de Guanajuato, Gabriel Cort\u00e9s Alcal\u00e1,<\/strong> aclar\u00f3 que no ha recibido notificaci\u00f3n oficial<\/strong> sobre la reapertura de un proceso penal en su contra por presuntos desv\u00edos de recursos<\/strong> durante su gesti\u00f3n como delegado del ISSSTE.<\/p>\n

\u201cHasta el momento, no he sido legalmente notificado de ning\u00fan acto relacionado con alguna carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, mucho menos de alguna resoluci\u00f3n como se menciona en una nota period\u00edstica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario estatal, quien reiter\u00f3 que durante su administraci\u00f3n, todos los actos se realizaron conforme a la normativa aplicable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cort\u00e9s Alcal\u00e1 subray\u00f3 que, entre 2023 y 2024, se cumplieron los procedimientos establecidos.<\/strong> \u201cDurante mi gesti\u00f3n, todos los actos administrativos se realizaron conforme a la normativa aplicable\u201d, afirm\u00f3 al referirse a su periodo como delegado del ISSSTE, donde surgieron los se\u00f1alamientos.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el funcionario destac\u00f3 que Guanajuato contin\u00faa garantizando transparencia en el sistema estatal de salud,<\/strong> el cual mantiene autonom\u00eda frente a la federaci\u00f3n y asegura cobertura superior al 90% en medicamentos e insumos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n

Estas declaraciones se produjeron tras publicarse que un juez reabri\u00f3 un proceso penal en su contra. Cort\u00e9s Alcal\u00e1 insisti\u00f3 en que se trata de informaci\u00f3n que no le ha sido notificada.<\/strong> \u201cReitero que no existe notificaci\u00f3n oficial hacia mi persona\u201d, dijo al concluir.<\/p>\n
