Lo que hicieron es una mentira grave y raya en delito penal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"2049\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/07\/30\/fiscalia-asegura-desarrollo-inmobiliario-la-cucursola-en-sierra-de-santa-rosa-investigan-dano-ecologico\/\"><strong>Fiscal\u00eda asegura desarrollo inmobiliario La Cucursola en Sierra de Santa Rosa<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2377\">De acuerdo con la denuncia, el fraccionamiento se construy\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2175\">en terrenos forestales sin los permisos federales requeridos<\/strong>, como la <strong data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2243\">Autorizaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental emitida por Semarnat<\/strong> y el <strong data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2322\">Estudio T\u00e9cnico Justificativo para el cambio de uso de suelo forestal<\/strong>, en contravenci\u00f3n a la normatividad ambiental vigente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2576\">El aseguramiento del inmueble se realiz\u00f3 conforme al <strong data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2494\">art\u00edculo 230 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales<\/strong>, que permite esta medida cuando un bien est\u00e1 presuntamente vinculado a un delito.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2691\">Hasta ahora, ni la empresa <strong data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2625\">Loma de Irapuato<\/strong> ni <strong data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2654\">Sergio Ascencio Barba<\/strong> han emitido posicionamiento p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2691\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@elotroenfoque\/video\/7521931568865217810?_r=1&amp;_t=ZS-8xeh92v0PRA\"><strong>Sigue tambi\u00e9n las noticias en TikTok<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El exalcalde de Guanajuato, Alejandro Navarro Salda\u00f1a, neg\u00f3 estar siendo investigado luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) asegurara el fraccionamiento La Cucursola, ubicado en la Sierra de Santa Rosa, como parte de una investigaci\u00f3n por la probable comisi\u00f3n de delitos ambientales federales.
