abordar los principales <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1138\">retos de habitabilidad<\/strong> en la zona centro de la ciudad, entre ellos el <strong data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1209\">impacto del turismo<\/strong>, los cambios de uso de suelo, la accesibilidad limitada y la necesidad de fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia entre los habitantes del centro hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1717\">La directora de Desarrollo Urbano, <strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1440\">Monserrat del Roc\u00edo Villag\u00f3mez L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, en representaci\u00f3n de la alcaldesa <strong data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1504\">Samantha Smith Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, subray\u00f3 la relevancia de estos espacios de di\u00e1logo para <strong data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1621\">valorar el patrimonio como un activo social y econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>, y al mismo tiempo avanzar hacia una <strong data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1792\">Berenice Vidal Castel\u00e1n<\/strong>, present\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda de la <strong data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1851\">Nueva Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana<\/strong>, pensada para ciudades de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe.
