{"id":162848,"date":"2025-08-12T09:03:40","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T15:03:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=162848"},"modified":"2025-08-12T09:04:12","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T15:04:12","slug":"denuncian-a-sony-ante-profeco-por-mostrar-precios-en-dolares-en-la-playstation-store-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/08\/12\/denuncian-a-sony-ante-profeco-por-mostrar-precios-en-dolares-en-la-playstation-store-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncian a Sony ante Profeco por mostrar precios en d\u00f3lares en la PlayStation Store M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"879\">Un <strong data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"646\">consumidor mexicano present\u00f3 una denuncia ante la Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco)<\/strong> en contra de <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"694\">Sony Interactive Entertainment<\/strong>, se\u00f1alando que la <strong data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"734\">PlayStation Store<\/strong> incumple con las leyes mexicanas al <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"817\">mostrar precios en d\u00f3lares estadounidenses<\/strong> y no en <strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"845\">pesos mexicanos<\/strong>, como exige la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"1175\">Actualmente, la <strong data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"923\">tienda digital de Sony<\/strong> exhibe los precios de sus <strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"992\">videojuegos y contenido digital en USD<\/strong>, lo que, seg\u00fan el denunciante, representa una violaci\u00f3n a los derechos del consumidor, ya que <strong data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1174\">toda transacci\u00f3n dentro del pa\u00eds debe reflejar los precios en moneda nacional (MXN)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"1175\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-162850\" src=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/denuncian-a-sony-ante-profeco-2-300x161.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/denuncian-a-sony-ante-profeco-2-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/denuncian-a-sony-ante-profeco-2-768x411.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/denuncian-a-sony-ante-profeco-2.jpg 1021w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1579\">A trav\u00e9s de una publicaci\u00f3n en Reddit, el usuario comparti\u00f3 una <strong data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1293\">captura de pantalla del correo enviado a Profeco<\/strong>, donde expone sus argumentos y detalla que los precios mostrados no representan el <strong data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1411\">costo final para el consumidor<\/strong>. En el caso de la PlayStation Store, el <strong data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1502\">IVA del 16% se a\u00f1ade hasta el momento de pagar<\/strong>, lo que impide al cliente conocer desde el principio el total a desembolsar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1876\">El denunciante tambi\u00e9n compar\u00f3 a <strong data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1652\">Sony con sus competidores directos<\/strong>, afirmando que tanto <strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1696\">Xbox como Nintendo<\/strong> s\u00ed cumplen con las regulaciones mexicanas, ya que <strong data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1830\">exhiben precios en pesos mexicanos e incluyen impuestos desde el primer momento<\/strong>, brindando mayor transparencia al consumidor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1876\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/08\/12\/suspenden-vuelos-por-segunda-ocasion-en-el-aicm-por-fuertes-lluvias-este-12-de-agosto\/\"><strong>Suspenden vuelos por segunda ocasi\u00f3n en el AICM por fuertes lluvias este 12 de agosto<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"2440\">Como ejemplo, se cit\u00f3 el caso del videojuego <strong data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1939\">Helldivers 2<\/strong>, publicado por Sony. En la tienda de Xbox, la \u201cEdici\u00f3n Superciudadanos\u201d se ofrece en <strong data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2055\">$999 MXN como precio final<\/strong>, mientras que en la <strong data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2097\">PlayStation Store<\/strong>, el precio base es de <strong data-start=\"2120\" data-end=\"2134\">$59.99 USD<\/strong>, el cual se incrementa a <strong data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2174\">$69.59 USD<\/strong> al incluir impuestos. Considerando el tipo de cambio vigente reportado por usuarios, el total equivale a <strong data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2297\">$1,305.59 MXN<\/strong>, lo que representa un <strong data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2376\">sobreprecio de casi 30% respecto a la tienda de Xbox<\/strong>, aun trat\u00e1ndose de un t\u00edtulo distribuido por la misma compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2812\">Este caso ha abierto un debate sobre si las <strong data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2560\">tiendas digitales internacionales deben ajustar sus pr\u00e1cticas de venta<\/strong> al operar dentro del territorio mexicano, en especial cuando afectan directamente al consumidor final.
