data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"777\">Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)<\/strong> abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n por la presunta existencia de una <strong data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"919\">red de extorsi\u00f3n operada desde la Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco)<\/strong>, en la que estar\u00edan implicados <strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"979\">exfuncionarios federales<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1014\">grupos del crimen organizado<\/strong>, incluyendo al <strong data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1072\">C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n (CJNG)<\/strong>, el <strong data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1106\">C\u00e1rtel Santa Rosa de Lima<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1129\">Guerreros Unidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"1314\">Seg\u00fan lo revelado por el portal La Silla Rota, m\u00e1s de <strong data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1221\">6 mil gasolineras en todo M\u00e9xico<\/strong> habr\u00edan sido obligadas a realizar pagos ilegales para evitar sanciones o recibir protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1888\">La carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n <strong data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1379\">FEMDO\/FEITATA-CDMX\/0000899\/2024<\/strong> incluye los nombres de los ex titulares de Profeco <strong data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1452\">Ricardo Sheffield<\/strong>, actual senador por Morena, y <strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1507\">David Aguilar Romero<\/strong>, as\u00ed como a una red de colaboradores dividida en dos grupos conocidos como los <strong data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1607\">\u201cGuanajuatenses\u201d<\/strong> y el <strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1634\">\u201cGrupo Monterrey\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1888\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-164187\" src=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ricardo-sheffield-investigado-por-extorsion-2-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ricardo-sheffield-investigado-por-extorsion-2.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1888\">De acuerdo con un testimonio clave aportado por un exfuncionario identificado como <strong data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1730\">\u201cPablo\u201d<\/strong>, dentro de la dependencia se habr\u00eda estructurado un sistema sistem\u00e1tico de <strong data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1837\">cobro de cuotas irregulares<\/strong>, con amenazas vinculadas al <strong data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1887\">crimen organizado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1890\" data-end=\"2335\">Empresarios gasolineros eran presionados para entregar pagos regulares conocidos como <strong data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"1989\">\u201cvacunas\u201d<\/strong>, bajo el riesgo de ser expuestos en el programa \u201c<strong data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2077\">Qui\u00e9n es qui\u00e9n en los combustibles<\/strong>\u201d, creado durante la administraci\u00f3n de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador y liderado por Sheffield.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1890\" data-end=\"2335\">Seg\u00fan el testigo, los recursos il\u00edcitos se mov\u00edan con apoyo de c\u00e1rteles y funcionarios, y parte del dinero era presuntamente entregado a los altos mandos de Profeco.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2893\">Otros nombres mencionados en la investigaci\u00f3n incluyen a <strong data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2418\">Sergio Arturo Iturbe<\/strong>, se\u00f1alado por establecer v\u00ednculos con <strong data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2477\">Guerreros Unidos<\/strong> para manejar recursos en Guerrero, y <strong data-start=\"2515\" data-end=\"2552\">Tal\u00eda del Carmen V\u00e1zquez Alatorre<\/strong>, exsubprocuradora y actual diputada federal, quien habr\u00eda recibido respaldo del CJNG a cambio de brindar protecci\u00f3n a los responsables del esquema.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2893\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-164188\" <strong data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2740\">log\u00edstica y recolecci\u00f3n de pagos<\/strong> reca\u00eda en el <strong data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2783\">C\u00e1rtel Santa Rosa de Lima<\/strong>, en coordinaci\u00f3n con <strong data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2837\">Ricardo de la Pe\u00f1a Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, excoordinador general de Administraci\u00f3n de la Profeco.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"3244\">Los pagos mensuales por gasolinera, en zonas como el <strong data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"2967\">Valle de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, iban de <strong data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"3002\">20 mil a 25 mil pesos<\/strong>, y eran documentados en <strong data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3048\">archivos de Excel<\/strong> enviados directamente a altos funcionarios. A cambio, los empresarios obten\u00edan <strong data-start=\"3128\" data-end=\"3162\">alertas previas a inspecciones<\/strong> o evitaban sanciones que podr\u00edan cerrar temporalmente sus estaciones de servicio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"3244\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/08\/27\/clima-en-guanajuato-hoy-27-de-agosto-chubascos-y-calor-de-hasta-35-grados\/\"><strong>Clima en Guanajuato hoy 27 de agosto: chubascos y calor de hasta 35 grados<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3246\" data-end=\"3882\">En el proceso de indagatoria, la FGR ha <strong data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3374\">entrevistado a empleados de gasolineras en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y el Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, donde se identificaron a personas encargadas de presionar e intimidar para asegurar el cumplimiento de pagos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3246\" data-end=\"3882\">Entre las pruebas, destacan <strong data-start=\"3514\" data-end=\"3593\">capturas de pantalla de conversaciones entre \u201cPablo\u201d y David Aguilar Romero<\/strong>, en las que se detallan listas de estaciones que ya hab\u00edan cumplido con las cuotas. Tambi\u00e9n se documentaron <strong data-start=\"3702\" data-end=\"3778\">reuniones entre Ricardo Sheffield, Aguilar Romero y De la Pe\u00f1a Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, en las que supuestamente se coordinaba la <strong data-start=\"3822\" data-end=\"3848\">distribuci\u00f3n de dinero<\/strong>, incluso en periodos electorales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3884\" data-end=\"4234\">Consultado por el medio que difundi\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n, <strong data-start=\"3939\" data-end=\"3984\">Ricardo Sheffield neg\u00f3 tener conocimiento<\/strong> de cualquier proceso en su contra y <strong data-start=\"4021\" data-end=\"4071\">rechaz\u00f3 que haya existido una red de extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong> en su gesti\u00f3n como titular de Profeco.
