De acuerdo con la <strong data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"649\">Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT)<\/strong>, el \u00fanico <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"713\">d\u00eda de descanso obligatorio en septiembre de 2025<\/strong> es el <strong data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"733\">martes 16<\/strong>, con motivo del <strong data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"785\">Aniversario de la Independencia<\/strong>. Este d\u00eda aplica para todos los trabajadores del pa\u00eds, sin importar si laboran en el sector p\u00fablico o privado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1270\">Trabajar durante un <strong data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"941\">d\u00eda festivo oficial<\/strong> implica recibir una <strong data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"987\">compensaci\u00f3n especial<\/strong>. Quienes prestan sus servicios el 16 de septiembre tienen derecho a su salario normal m\u00e1s un pago doble por ese d\u00eda, es decir, un <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1133\">pago triple<\/strong>, como lo establece la LFT. Si adem\u00e1s el d\u00eda coincide con domingo, se debe sumar una <strong data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1237\">prima dominical<\/strong> del 25% sobre el salario diario.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1270\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-164530\" src=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/dias-de-descanso-en-sep-1-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/dias-de-descanso-en-sep-1-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/dias-de-descanso-en-sep-1-768x434.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/dias-de-descanso-en-sep-1.jpg 961w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1685\">En contraste, el <strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1308\">1 de septiembre<\/strong>, fecha en que la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum rinde su <strong data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1394\">primer informe de gobierno<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1448\">no es considerado un d\u00eda de descanso obligatorio<\/strong>. Aunque algunas personas creen que puede ser d\u00eda feriado, la legislaci\u00f3n laboral <strong data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1558\">no lo contempla como tal<\/strong>, por lo que las actividades laborales contin\u00faan con normalidad, salvo que la empresa otorgue el d\u00eda como una prestaci\u00f3n extra.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1685\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/08\/30\/cuanto-cuesta-un-lonche-saludable-para-que-tus-ninos-lleven-a-la-escuela-te-decimos\/\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto cuesta un lonche saludable para que tus ni\u00f1os lleven a la escuela? Te decimos<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"2025\">La <strong data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1759\">LFT establece un total de nueve d\u00edas oficiales de descanso al a\u00f1o<\/strong>, y aunque se han presentado iniciativas para incluir otras fechas \u2014como el 1 y 2 de noviembre o el 5 de mayo\u2014 en la lista oficial, <strong data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1931\">ninguna ha sido aprobada hasta ahora<\/strong>. Por lo tanto, el <strong data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1970\">16 de septiembre<\/strong> es la <strong data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2024\">\u00fanica fecha oficial de descanso en este mes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2411\">No respetar los <strong data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2065\">derechos laborales<\/strong> en torno a los d\u00edas festivos puede generar <strong data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2119\">multas<\/strong> que van de los <strong data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2168\">5,675 hasta los 565,700 pesos<\/strong>, y estas pueden aplicarse por <strong data-start=\"2199\" data-end=\"2227\">cada trabajador afectado<\/strong>.
