San Luis Potos\u00ed.- Mediante una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP) inform\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de Jos\u00e9 Francisco \u201cN\u201d, quien era buscado en Guanajuato por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en el delito de violaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los hechos que se le imputan ocurrieron el 19 de abril de 2025, cuando el se\u00f1alado asisti\u00f3 a una reuni\u00f3n familiar en una vivienda de la comunidad de Rinc\u00f3n de Tamayo, en el municipio de Celaya. En un momento a solas con la v\u00edctima, presuntamente la agredi\u00f3 sexualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autoridades guanajuatenses investigaron los hechos y acreditaron ante un juez la probable responsabilidad de Jos\u00e9 Francisco \u201cN\u201d. Tras determinar que se encontraba resguardado en territorio potosino, se activ\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre ambas entidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal de la FGESLP despleg\u00f3 un operativo a trav\u00e9s de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI), localizando al imputado en calles de la colonia La Libertad, donde fue detenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El detenido fue trasladado a las instalaciones de la PDI, donde recibi\u00f3 certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y se realizaron los tr\u00e1mites previos para su retorno a Guanajuato, donde enfrentar\u00e1 su proceso penal correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
