seg\u00fan la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el imputado <strong>sali\u00f3 de su vivienda y lo golpe\u00f3 en la cara<\/strong>, provocando lesiones en la boca que, al caer, se ampliaron por la continuaci\u00f3n de la agresi\u00f3n en el suelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"779\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/frances-que-agredio-a-investigador-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-168126\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/frances-que-agredio-a-investigador-1.jpg 779w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/frances-que-agredio-a-investigador-1-300x164.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/frances-que-agredio-a-investigador-1-768x421.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/frances-que-agredio-a-investigador-1-760x418.jpg 760w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 779px) 100vw, 779px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El caso tom\u00f3 mayor relevancia p\u00fablica por el testimonio del hijo de la v\u00edctima, <strong>Alex Paredes Saharopulos<\/strong>, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>su padre \u2014un investigador respetado y de la tercera edad\u2014 fue salvajemente golpeado<\/strong> en el campo de golf <strong>Santa Margarita<\/strong> luego de que una perrita del investigador se acercara a la casa del presunto agresor durante una fiesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En redes sociales, <strong>Alex Paredes<\/strong> detall\u00f3 que el ataque dej\u00f3 a su padre con <strong>fractura de nariz, p\u00e9rdida de piezas dentales y afectaci\u00f3n en el movimiento del brazo izquierdo<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de relatar que el presunto agresor profiri\u00f3 <strong>amenazas directas<\/strong> cuando la familia fue a confrontarlo, hechos que fueron denunciados ante la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/10\/10\/suman-14-cuerpos-hallados-en-fosa-clandestina-de-irapuato-colectivo-hasta-encontrarte\/\">Suman 14 cuerpos hallados en fosa clandestina de Irapuato: colectivo Hasta Encontrarte<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia, la <strong>agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> present\u00f3 las pruebas que, a juicio del <strong>Juez de Control<\/strong>, fueron suficientes para <strong>vincular a proceso a Jean-Philippe N.<\/strong>, otorg\u00e1ndose un plazo de <strong>dos meses para continuar la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y fijando como medida cautelar la <strong>presentaci\u00f3n mensual<\/strong> del imputado ante las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>presidencia municipal de Irapuato<\/strong>, encabezada por <strong>Lorena Alfaro Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n se involucr\u00f3 en el caso, y las autoridades locales han se\u00f1alado que continuar\u00e1n las indagatorias para determinar responsabilidades y garantizar la atenci\u00f3n a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso seguir\u00e1 su curso hasta que el juez <strong>resuelva la responsabilidad<\/strong> del imputado, mientras la familia del investigador exige <strong>justicia y que el agresor responda por los da\u00f1os causados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@elotroenfoque\/video\/7521931568865217810?_r=1&amp;_t=ZS-8xeh92v0PRA\">Sigue tambi\u00e9n las noticias en TikTok<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante una audiencia en los Juzgados de Irapuato, el ciudadano Jean-Philippe \u201cN\u201d, de nacionalidad francesa, fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de lesiones tras la agresi\u00f3n denunciada en mayo contra el investigador del Cinvestav, Octavio Paredes L\u00f3pez.
