La petici\u00f3n busca revisar posibles <strong>irregularidades y conflictos de inter\u00e9s<\/strong> en el proceso, cuyo fallo se emiti\u00f3 el <strong>9 de septiembre de 2025<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El diputado <strong>Carlos Abraham Ramos Sotomayor<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la empresa ganadora, <strong>Transporte Empresarial del Baj\u00edo (TEB)<\/strong>, y otro de los licitantes tienen <strong>v\u00ednculos familiares<\/strong>, lo que habr\u00eda incrementado las probabilidades de que el contrato beneficiara a una <strong>misma familia<\/strong>.
