Le\u00f3n, Gto.- La empresa Axioma ha incumplido con el pago de n\u00f3mina y prestaciones a sus trabajadores, denunci\u00f3 el secretario General del Sindicato \u201cBenito Ju\u00e1rez\u201d de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n y del Transporte en todas sus Ramas de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana, C\u00e9sar Morales Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, el dirigente sindical convoc\u00f3 a un paro laboral el martes 28 de octubre en las instalaciones de la obra Garten Living ubicada en Avenida Paseo del Juncal 106 colonia Villas del Juncal, en Le\u00f3n, Guanajuato, para que sean escuchadas sus demandas y la empresa de una soluci\u00f3n concreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con C\u00e9sar Morales, respetar los derechos de los trabajadores es una tarea inacabable de los gobernantes, funcionarios, l\u00edderes, dirigentes y patrones responsables y no corruptos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ya basta de empresas que lucran y se enriquecen a costillas de los trabajadores, ya basta de simulaciones, basta de compadrazgos, basta de despidos injustificados, basta de no pagar lo justo, ya basta de que nadie se haga cargo de los accidentes laborales”, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el l\u00edder sindical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00e9sar Morales llam\u00f3 a los trabajadores a que denuncien cualquier anomal\u00eda en la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puntualiz\u00f3 que durante 8 meses, al menos 30 familias se han visto afectadas por no recibir su sueldo, es por ello que se convoca a la protesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
