contratos, autoriza accesos y certifica quienes ingresan a la obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La organizaci\u00f3n detall\u00f3 que los <strong>trabajadores acumulan ocho meses sin ingreso formal,<\/strong> y se\u00f1alaron repercusiones directas en alimentaci\u00f3n, renta, educaci\u00f3n y seguridad familiar cotidiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El sindicato sostuvo que AXIOMA envi\u00f3 un comunicado para deslindarse<\/strong>, pero omiti\u00f3 reconocer que su papel gerencial s\u00ed implica supervisi\u00f3n laboral y verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento patronal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los trabajadores solicitaron <strong>intervenci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo<\/strong>, argumentaron que un intermediario gerencial debe garantizar cumplimiento contractual cuando aprueba proveedores que finalmente incumplen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/10\/22\/constructora-axioma-ejerce-derecho-de-replica-y-aclara-que-no-mantiene-relacion-laboral-con-el-sindicato-inconforme\/\">Constructora Axioma ejerce derecho de r\u00e9plica y aclara que no mantiene relaci\u00f3n laboral con el sindicato inconforme<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Notificaci\u00f3n Laboral Colectiva,<\/strong> recibida el 20 de octubre, detall\u00f3 afectaciones acumuladas, convoc\u00f3 al respaldo p\u00fablico y difundi\u00f3 el caso entre autoridades estatales
