{"id":174331,"date":"2025-12-20T22:12:12","date_gmt":"2025-12-21T04:12:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=174331"},"modified":"2025-12-20T22:12:24","modified_gmt":"2025-12-21T04:12:24","slug":"lineas-moviles-deberan-estar-vinculadas-a-un-titular-a-partir-de-enero-de-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/12\/20\/lineas-moviles-deberan-estar-vinculadas-a-un-titular-a-partir-de-enero-de-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u00edneas m\u00f3viles deber\u00e1n estar vinculadas a un titular a partir de enero de 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir del <strong>9 de enero de 2026<\/strong>, todas las l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas m\u00f3viles en M\u00e9xico deber\u00e1n estar obligatoriamente vinculadas a un <strong>nombre y apellido<\/strong>, o en el caso de empresas, a una <strong>raz\u00f3n social<\/strong>, como parte de una nueva regulaci\u00f3n federal para combatir la <strong>extorsi\u00f3n y el fraude telef\u00f3nico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida fue publicada a inicios de diciembre por la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones (CRT)<\/strong> y establece que la identificaci\u00f3n del titular ser\u00e1 obligatoria tanto para planes de <strong>pospago<\/strong> como para l\u00edneas de <strong>prepago<\/strong>, eliminando la posibilidad de activar n\u00fameros sin un registro validado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el Gobierno federal, esta disposici\u00f3n se enmarca en la estrategia de seguridad impulsada por la presidenta <strong>Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>, ante el aumento de delitos cometidos v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica. Cifras oficiales indican que entre julio y noviembre se recibieron <strong>59 mil 283 denuncias<\/strong> por intentos de extorsi\u00f3n al 089, adem\u00e1s de <strong>9 mil 400 reportes<\/strong> de n\u00fameros utilizados para este delito.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso de vinculaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 realizarse de forma <strong>presencial o remota<\/strong>, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la empresa <strong>Telcel<\/strong>, aunque en caso de no concluirse tras tres intentos en l\u00ednea, la persona usuaria deber\u00e1 acudir a un <strong>Centro de Atenci\u00f3n a Clientes<\/strong>. Asimismo, se habilitar\u00e1 un <strong>portal de consulta<\/strong> para verificar si existen l\u00edneas asociadas a una <strong>CURP<\/strong> o <strong>RFC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las personas usuarias tendr\u00e1n como fecha l\u00edmite el <strong>29 de junio de 2026<\/strong> para realizar el registro. A partir del d\u00eda siguiente, las l\u00edneas que no est\u00e9n debidamente vinculadas ser\u00e1n <strong>suspendidas o bloqueadas<\/strong>, conforme a los lineamientos de la CRT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para personas f\u00edsicas, los requisitos incluyen <strong>credencial para votar<\/strong>, <strong>pasaporte<\/strong> o <strong>CURP biom\u00e9trica<\/strong>, mientras que para personas morales se solicitar\u00e1 el <strong>RFC<\/strong>. El Gobierno precis\u00f3 que las <strong>operadoras m\u00f3viles ser\u00e1n responsables del resguardo y protecci\u00f3n de los datos personales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La identificaci\u00f3n obligatoria de l\u00edneas m\u00f3viles forma parte de una tendencia regional.
