Tras sostener una discusi\u00f3n con la v\u00edctima, la atac\u00f3 con un <strong>arma blanca<\/strong>, provoc\u00e1ndole una <strong>lesi\u00f3n grave en el cuello<\/strong> que puso en riesgo su vida.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La agresi\u00f3n fue interrumpida gracias a la intervenci\u00f3n oportuna de un familiar, quien logr\u00f3 desarmar al agresor y auxiliar a la v\u00edctima, permitiendo su traslado inmediato a un hospital para recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica especializada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia inicial, el juez de control determin\u00f3 que exist\u00edan elementos suficientes para dictar auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de imponer la prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar, dada la gravedad del delito y el riesgo para la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, la autoridad judicial fij\u00f3 un <strong>plazo de tres meses<\/strong> para el cierre de la <strong>investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/strong>, periodo en el que el Ministerio P\u00fablico continuar\u00e1 integrando pruebas para fortalecer el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"Lee: IMSS impone multa de 130 mil pesos a proveedor por irregularidades en contratos\"><strong><em>Lee: IMSS impone multa de 130 mil pesos a proveedor por irregularidades en contratos<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La FGEG obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Gerardo \u201cN\u201d, se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa, por hechos ocurridos el pasado 25 de diciembre de 2025 en la comunidad Puente del Carmen, en el municipio de San Miguel de Allende.
