{"id":174804,"date":"2025-12-29T14:58:56","date_gmt":"2025-12-29T20:58:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=174804"},"modified":"2025-12-29T14:58:59","modified_gmt":"2025-12-29T20:58:59","slug":"fgr-activa-investigacion-federal-por-accidente-en-el-corredor-interoceanico-de-oaxaca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/12\/29\/fgr-activa-investigacion-federal-por-accidente-en-el-corredor-interoceanico-de-oaxaca\/","title":{"rendered":"FGR activa investigaci\u00f3n federal por accidente en el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico de Oaxaca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)<\/strong> contin\u00faa con las investigaciones derivadas del incidente registrado el domingo en el <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico<\/strong>, en el estado de Oaxaca, como parte de la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n iniciada a nivel federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras tener conocimiento de los hechos, la <strong>FGR despleg\u00f3 agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal<\/strong>, elementos de la <strong>Polic\u00eda Federal Ministerial<\/strong> y especialistas de la <strong>Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal<\/strong>, quienes se trasladaron a la zona para iniciar las primeras diligencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el sitio trabajan <strong>peritos federales de diversas disciplinas<\/strong>, entre ellas <strong>medicina forense, criminal\u00edstica de campo, fotograf\u00eda, ingenier\u00eda civil, arquitectura, qu\u00edmica y seguridad industrial<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de especialistas en <strong>tr\u00e1nsito terrestre<\/strong>, quienes realizan an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnicos para el esclarecimiento del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el inicio de las investigaciones, la <strong>FGR ha mantenido coordinaci\u00f3n con autoridades estatales de Oaxaca<\/strong>, as\u00ed como con dependencias federales como la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes<\/strong>, la <strong>Agencia Reguladora del Transporte Ferroviario<\/strong> y la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Marina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2025\/12\/29\/migrantes-sanmiguelenses-regresan-a-la-talega-y-son-reconocidos-por-su-aporte-a-la-comunidad\/\">Migrantes sanmiguelenses regresan a La Talega y son reconocidos por su aporte a la comunidad<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de las acciones realizadas, se efectu\u00f3 el <strong>resguardo del \u00e1rea<\/strong>, se llevaron a cabo <strong>entrevistas a testigos y personas afectadas<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de inspecciones tanto en el lugar de los hechos como en el tren involucrado, mientras que peritos recabaron indicios para la elaboraci\u00f3n de dict\u00e1menes especializados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong> reiter\u00f3 que su objetivo principal es <strong>determinar con precisi\u00f3n las causas de lo ocurrido<\/strong>, mediante una investigaci\u00f3n con rigor t\u00e9cnico y cient\u00edfico, colocando en el centro a las v\u00edctimas, y asegur\u00f3 que <strong>cualquier avance relevante ser\u00e1 informado oportunamente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@elotroenfoque\/video\/7521931568865217810?_r=1&amp;_t=ZS-8xeh92v0PRA\">Sigue tambi\u00e9n las noticias en TikTok<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) contin\u00faa con las investigaciones derivadas del incidente registrado el domingo en el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico, en el estado de Oaxaca, como parte de la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n iniciada a nivel federal.
