{"id":178499,"date":"2026-02-17T22:37:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T04:37:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=178499"},"modified":"2026-02-17T22:37:41","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T04:37:41","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-javier-duarte-por-presunto-peculado-de-5-mdp-seguira-en-prision-preventiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/02\/17\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-javier-duarte-por-presunto-peculado-de-5-mdp-seguira-en-prision-preventiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a Javier Duarte por presunto peculado de 5 mdp; seguir\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El exgobernador de Veracruz, Javier Duarte de Ochoa, fue vinculado a proceso por el presunto desv\u00edo de 5 millones de pesos destinados a un fondo de salud para ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores en 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resoluci\u00f3n fue dictada por el juez de control del Centro de Justicia Penal Federal con sede en el Reclusorio Norte, Gustavo Aquiles Villase\u00f1or, quien adem\u00e1s ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada mientras se desarrolla este nuevo proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El juzgador fij\u00f3 un plazo de seis meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, periodo en el que tanto la Fiscal\u00eda como la defensa deber\u00e1n reunir y presentar las pruebas correspondientes dentro de la causa penal 667\/2025. Este plazo concluir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 17 de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n impacta directamente en la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del exmandatario, quien ten\u00eda prevista la posibilidad de recuperar su libertad el 15 de abril, fecha en la que cumplir\u00eda nueve a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n tras declararse culpable de los delitos de asociaci\u00f3n delictuosa y lavado de dinero.
