{"id":182264,"date":"2026-04-04T19:28:49","date_gmt":"2026-04-05T01:28:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=182264"},"modified":"2026-04-04T19:28:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-05T01:28:51","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-juan-n-por-intento-de-feminicidio-en-san-miguel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/04\/04\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-juan-n-por-intento-de-feminicidio-en-san-miguel\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a Juan N por intento de feminicidio en San Miguel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un juez de control determin\u00f3 que existen elementos suficientes para procesar a un hombre acusado de intentar privar de la vida a una mujer en el municipio de <strong>San Miguel de Allende,<\/strong> por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva durante el desarrollo del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato, el imputado, identificado como Juan, fue vinculado a proceso penal por el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa, tras una audiencia en la que se expusieron datos de prueba sobre la agresi\u00f3n ocurrida el pasado 22 de marzo de 2026 en la comunidad de San Mart\u00edn del Pared\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las investigaciones establecieron que alrededor de las 11:00 horas, el hombre comenz\u00f3 a agredir verbalmente a la v\u00edctima dentro de un inmueble y posteriormente la amenaz\u00f3 de muerte.<strong> Horas m\u00e1s tarde, cerca de las 18:00 horas, la mujer ingres\u00f3 al ba\u00f1o del domicilio, lugar al que fue seguida por el agresor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En ese espacio, el sujeto la golpe\u00f3 e intent\u00f3 asfixiarla al cubrir sus v\u00edas respiratorias con las manos. La agresi\u00f3n fue interrumpida por la intervenci\u00f3n de una tercera persona,<\/strong> quien evit\u00f3 que el ataque tuviera consecuencias fatales, lo que permiti\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima sobreviviera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras el reporte, el Ministerio P\u00fablico inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n, recab\u00f3 evidencias y solicit\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la cual fue cumplimentada.
