El diputado Sergio Contreras Guerrero interpuso una denuncia ante el Instituto Electoral del Estado de Guanajuato (IEEG) contra la alcaldesa de Le\u00f3n, Alejandra Guti\u00e9rrez Campos, por presunta promoci\u00f3n personalizada y uso indebido de recursos p\u00fablicos, luego de detectar la proyecci\u00f3n de un spot publicitario protagonizado por la presidenta municipal en salas de cine de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La denuncia fue presentada junto con Gerardo Fern\u00e1ndez Gonz\u00e1lez, quienes se\u00f1alaron que el promocional muestra la imagen de la alcaldesa mientras se destacan obras y acciones del gobierno municipal, lo que consideran una posible violaci\u00f3n a la Ley Electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el legislador, fue durante una visita al cine con sus sobrinos para ver \u201cThe Mandalorian and Grogu\u201d cuando observ\u00f3 el anuncio antes de la funci\u00f3n. Sergio Contreras asegur\u00f3 que no fue la \u00fanica ocasi\u00f3n, ya que dijo haber visto el mismo spot en al menos dos visitas distintas a un complejo comercial de Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEste fin de semana llev\u00e9 a mis sobrinos al cine y me topo con un spot de obras de la presidenta municipal de Le\u00f3n donde ella es la protagonista difundiendo su imagen p\u00fablica. Las y los leoneses no queremos eso\u201d, expres\u00f3 el diputado en un video difundido en su cuenta de Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sergio Contreras sostuvo que el promocional hace referencia a diversas acciones y logros del gobierno municipal, pero con la imagen de Alejandra Guti\u00e9rrez como figura central, lo que a su consideraci\u00f3n rebasa los l\u00edmites de la comunicaci\u00f3n institucional permitida fuera de periodos espec\u00edficos como los informes de gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el anuncio aparecen colores que relacion\u00f3 con la nueva fuerza pol\u00edtica de la alcaldesa, particularmente el naranja, por lo que acus\u00f3 que podr\u00eda tratarse de propaganda gubernamental con fines pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ello, Sergio Contreras y Gerardo Fern\u00e1ndez acudieron al IEEG para presentar formalmente la denuncia contra Alejandra Guti\u00e9rrez y contra quien resulte responsable por una presunta violaci\u00f3n a la legislaci\u00f3n electoral vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El legislador a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la difusi\u00f3n de resultados de gobierno debe realizarse dentro de los tiempos establecidos por la ley y no mediante campa\u00f1as publicitarias en espacios comerciales como las salas de cine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
