{"id":187947,"date":"2026-06-12T16:46:08","date_gmt":"2026-06-12T22:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=187947"},"modified":"2026-06-12T16:46:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T22:46:09","slug":"instructor-deportivo-acusado-de-violacion-en-irapuato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/06\/12\/instructor-deportivo-acusado-de-violacion-en-irapuato\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructor deportivo acusado de violaci\u00f3n en Irapuato"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un instructor deportivo fue vinculado a proceso penal y permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva por su probable responsabilidad en los delitos de violaci\u00f3n y corrupci\u00f3n de menores en el municipio de Irapuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato inform\u00f3 que un juez determin\u00f3 iniciar el proceso penal en contra de Rodolfo, luego de valorar los datos de prueba presentados durante la audiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con las investigaciones, el acusado habr\u00eda aprovechado su posici\u00f3n como instructor deportivo para ganarse la confianza de la v\u00edctima. Posteriormente, presuntamente la indujo a realizar conductas inapropiadas mediante aplicaciones de mensajer\u00eda y m\u00e1s tarde cometi\u00f3 agresiones sexuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/06\/12\/alarma-en-mexico-1-de-cada-2-adolescentes-ya-trabaja\/\">Alarma en M\u00e9xico: 1 de cada 2 adolescentes ya trabaja<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras la denuncia, la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos contra las Mujeres por Razones de G\u00e9nero activ\u00f3 los protocolos de atenci\u00f3n correspondientes y realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n especializada con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de las diligencias, peritos m\u00e9dicos, psic\u00f3logos y agentes de investigaci\u00f3n criminal recabaron diversos indicios, entre ellos mensajes electr\u00f3nicos, videos y entrevistas que fortalecieron la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con los elementos obtenidos, el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que posteriormente fue cumplimentada por agentes ministeriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia inicial, el Juez de Control consider\u00f3 suficientes los datos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda para vincular a proceso al imputado y orden\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva mientras contin\u00faan las investigaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@elotroenfoque?_r=1&amp;_t=ZS-971xjxh7ai0\">Sigue tambi\u00e9n las noticias en TikTok<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un instructor deportivo fue vinculado a proceso penal y permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva por su probable responsabilidad en los delitos de violaci\u00f3n y corrupci\u00f3n de menores en el municipio de Irapuato.
