pared en Celaya y gana pases al mundial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El talento del artista urbano celayense Francisco Ibarra fue reconocido a nivel nacional al convertirse en uno de los ganadores del concurso de arte urbano realizado como parte del programa Mundial Social, lo que le permiti\u00f3 obtener pases para asistir a un partido de la Copa Mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su mural, elaborado entre diciembre y enero, forma parte de las m\u00e1s de 20 obras creadas en distintos puntos de Celaya para promover el Mundial Social, una iniciativa impulsada por la Federaci\u00f3n en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Instituto Municipal de la Juventud de Celaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de su creaci\u00f3n, Francisco Ibarra represent\u00f3 la pasi\u00f3n por el futbol, la identidad de la ciudad y el esp\u00edritu de convivencia que busca fomentar este proyecto entre las y los reconocimiento a su creatividad, el Instituto Mexicano de la Juventud (IMJUVE) le otorg\u00f3 accesos para disfrutar de un encuentro del Mundial, premio que destaca el impacto del arte urbano como herramienta para fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n juvenil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a
