{"id":189688,"date":"2026-07-02T15:36:10","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T21:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=189688"},"modified":"2026-07-02T15:38:57","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T21:38:57","slug":"afac-revoca-certificado-de-magnicharters-por-irregularidades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/02\/afac-revoca-certificado-de-magnicharters-por-irregularidades\/","title":{"rendered":"AFAC revoca certificado de Magnicharters por irregularidades"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Agencia Federal de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (AFAC) inform\u00f3 este jueves la revocaci\u00f3n del Certificado de Explotador de Servicios A\u00e9reos de Grupo A\u00e9reo Monterrey, S.A. de C.V., mejor conocido como Magnicharters, al considerar insuficiente la documentaci\u00f3n presentada por la empresa para demostrar el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de una nota informativa, la dependencia explic\u00f3 que durante todo el procedimiento se respet\u00f3 el derecho de audiencia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y se le otorgaron los plazos legales correspondientes para presentar informaci\u00f3n y pruebas. Sin embargo, la documentaci\u00f3n entregada no logr\u00f3 subsanar las irregularidades detectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT) detall\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n fue tomada el pasado 29 de junio y asegur\u00f3 que todas las acciones emprendidas contaron con respaldo t\u00e9cnico y jur\u00eddico, con el objetivo de garantizar la seguridad de las operaciones a\u00e9reas y la protecci\u00f3n de los usuarios del transporte a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detectaron incumplimientos en una supervisi\u00f3n extraordinaria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dependencia precis\u00f3 que el proceso de supervisi\u00f3n inici\u00f3 con una Verificaci\u00f3n Mayor Extraordinaria realizada entre el 12 y el 16 de enero de 2026. Durante esta revisi\u00f3n se detectaron diversos incumplimientos a la normativa aeron\u00e1utica, por lo que se emitieron requerimientos para que la empresa corrigiera las deficiencias encontradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No obstante, al no acreditar las acciones correctivas solicitadas, la AFAC determin\u00f3 el 14 de abril de 2026 la suspensi\u00f3n temporal de las operaciones de Magnicharters como una medida preventiva para salvaguardar la seguridad operacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La autoridad federal destac\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 bajo el principio de priorizar la protecci\u00f3n de los pasajeros y la seguridad del sistema aeron\u00e1utico nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Magnicharters enfrenta adeudos y una posible demanda colectiva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La situaci\u00f3n de la aerol\u00ednea se agrav\u00f3 luego de que el pasado 11 de abril anunciara la cancelaci\u00f3n de todos sus vuelos. Actualmente, la empresa enfrenta incertidumbre respecto al pago de sus trabajadores y mantiene adeudos con diversas agencias de viajes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fabiola L\u00f3pez, vocera del grupo Agencia de Viajes Unidas, acus\u00f3 recientemente que Magnicharters pudo haber planeado el presunto fraude, al se\u00f1alar que la situaci\u00f3n \u201cno es de un d\u00eda para otro\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/02\/inauguran-canchas-del-programa-mundial-social-en-celaya\/\">Inauguran canchas del programa Mundial Social, en Celaya<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con los afectados, los adeudos superan los 12.4 millones de pesos, cantidad que ha sido reclamada por 91 agentes de viajes debido a que sus clientes pagaron paquetes tur\u00edsticos que nunca pudieron concretarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante este panorama, los afectados preparan una demanda colectiva contra Grupo A\u00e9reo Monterrey, S.A. de C.V., conocido comercialmente como Magnicharters, al acusar que los fundadores de la empresa no han atendido los llamados realizados por la Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@elotroenfoque?_r=1&amp;_t=ZS-97ffhW6kR1t\"><strong>Sigue<\/strong> <strong>tambi\u00e9n las noticias en TikTok<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Agencia Federal de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (AFAC) inform\u00f3 este jueves la revocaci\u00f3n del Certificado de Explotador de Servicios A\u00e9reos de Grupo A\u00e9reo Monterrey, S.A. de C.V., mejor conocido como Magnicharters, al considerar insuficiente la documentaci\u00f3n presentada por la empresa para demostrar el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la ley.
