a proceso a dos por homicidio en San Miguel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un juez vincul\u00f3 a proceso a dos hombres se\u00f1alados por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en un ataque armado que dej\u00f3 una persona muerta y otra lesionada en la colonia Felipe Neri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resoluci\u00f3n se dio durante una audiencia inicial, en la que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato present\u00f3 los datos de prueba recabados durante la investigaci\u00f3n para sustentar la imputaci\u00f3n por homicidio calificado y homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta determinaci\u00f3n judicial, ambos imputados permanecer\u00e1n en prisi\u00f3n preventiva mientras contin\u00faan las investigaciones para fortalecer el caso antes de la etapa de juicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vinculaci\u00f3n por homicidio avanza en San Miguel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vinculaci\u00f3n por homicidio fue dictada contra V\u00edctor Aar\u00f3n \u201cN\u201d y Leonardo Rodrigo \u201cN\u201d, quienes enfrentan cargos por el asesinato de una persona y las lesiones ocasionadas a otra durante el mismo ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico expuso diversos elementos obtenidos en la investigaci\u00f3n ministerial, los cuales fueron considerados suficientes por el juez para iniciar formalmente el proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, los propios imputados solicitaron que su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica fuera resuelta durante esa misma audiencia, por lo que el juzgador emiti\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n sin diferir la decisi\u00f3n para una fecha posterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ataque ocurri\u00f3 mientras reparaban un veh\u00edculo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hechos ocurrieron el 25 de abril de 2025, alrededor de las 19:50 horas, en el exterior de un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Felipe Neri, en San Miguel de Allende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con las investigaciones, las v\u00edctimas realizaban maniobras para pasar corriente a un autom\u00f3vil que presentaba una falla en la bater\u00eda cuando fueron sorprendidas por los agresores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, los presuntos responsables llegaron al lugar a bordo de un veh\u00edculo y, presuntamente armados, dispararon contra ambas personas antes de escapar con rumbo desconocido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una v\u00edctima muri\u00f3 y otra sobrevivi\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como consecuencia del ataque armado, uno de los hombres perdi\u00f3 la vida en el lugar debido a la gravedad de las heridas provocadas por los disparos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entretanto, la segunda v\u00edctima logr\u00f3 sobrevivir, aunque fue trasladada de emergencia a un hospital para recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica especializada por las lesiones sufridas durante la agresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las primeras diligencias permitieron a la Fiscal\u00eda integrar la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y reunir indicios que posteriormente fueron presentados ante el Poder Judicial durante la audiencia inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Imponen prisi\u00f3n preventiva a los imputados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras analizar los datos de prueba presentados por la representaci\u00f3n social, el juez determin\u00f3 que exist\u00edan elementos suficientes para dictar la vinculaci\u00f3n por homicidio contra ambos acusados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/20\/guanajuato-segundo-estado-con-mas-politicos-asesinados\/\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos funcionarios han asesinado en Guanajuato en lo que va del a\u00f1o?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, la autoridad judicial orden\u00f3 como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva, por lo que permanecer\u00e1n privados de la libertad durante el desarrollo del proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, el juez fij\u00f3 un plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, periodo en el que tanto la Fiscal\u00eda como la defensa podr\u00e1n aportar nuevas pruebas antes de que el caso avance hacia la etapa de juicio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vinculaci\u00f3n por homicidio representa uno de los primeros pasos para esclarecer el ataque ocurrido en San Miguel de Allende y definir la responsabilidad penal de los imputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
