Un juez determin\u00f3 que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva mientras contin\u00faan las investigaciones y se desarrolla el proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El crimen se registr\u00f3 el 19 de julio de 2018 sobre la carretera federal 57, una de las vialidades con mayor tr\u00e1nsito de transporte de carga en el pa\u00eds. La v\u00edctima muri\u00f3 un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s en un hospital debido a las lesiones provocadas por disparos de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La captura representa un avance en un caso que permanec\u00eda bajo investigaci\u00f3n desde hace varios a\u00f1os. Ahora, el imputado enfrentar\u00e1 el proceso penal mientras la autoridad judicial determina su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presunto homicida capturado enfrentar\u00e1 proceso penal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima conduc\u00eda un cami\u00f3n ligero cuando comenz\u00f3 a ser seguida muy de cerca por un tractocami\u00f3n comercial. Las maniobras realizadas por el operador obligaron a ambos conductores a detener su marcha sobre la carretera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las investigaciones se\u00f1alan que, tras descender la velocidad de las unidades, el conductor del tractocami\u00f3n presuntamente dispar\u00f3 contra la v\u00edctima desde el interior de la cabina. Despu\u00e9s de la agresi\u00f3n abandon\u00f3 el lugar para evitar ser detenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horas m\u00e1s tarde, el tractocami\u00f3n fue localizado sin conductor en el kil\u00f3metro 72 del tramo San Luis Potos\u00ed\u2013Quer\u00e9taro. Ese hallazgo form\u00f3 parte de las primeras diligencias realizadas por las autoridades ministeriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La v\u00edctima muri\u00f3 un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s del ataque<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego del atentado, el conductor herido recibi\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y fue trasladado a un hospital en San Luis de la Paz. Sin embargo, las lesiones ocasionadas por los disparos resultaron de gravedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hombre falleci\u00f3 el 20 de julio de 2018 a consecuencia de las heridas de bala que presentaba en el abdomen. A partir de ese momento, la investigaci\u00f3n fue reclasificada como homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante los a\u00f1os siguientes, agentes de investigaci\u00f3n reunieron testimonios, peritajes y otros elementos que permitieron fortalecer la carpeta y avanzar en la identificaci\u00f3n del probable responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investigaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 ubicar al probable responsable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con los datos obtenidos durante las diligencias, el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 una orden judicial para detener al presunto responsable. Finalmente, Jos\u00e9 Santos fue capturado y presentado ante un juez de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia inicial, la representaci\u00f3n social expuso los elementos que relacionan al imputado con el homicidio. Tras analizar las pruebas, el juez resolvi\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso por su probable participaci\u00f3n en los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/25\/condenan-a-hombre-a-21-anos-por-violacion-y-abuso-sexual-en-guanajuato\/\">\u00bfA cu\u00e1ntos a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n fue condenado un hombre por violaci\u00f3n y abuso sexual?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 imponer la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, al considerar que existen condiciones para que el imputado permanezca privado de la libertad mientras contin\u00faa el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El proceso continuar\u00e1 hasta que se dicte sentencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso no representa una sentencia condenatoria. Esta resoluci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente confirma que existen datos suficientes para que el caso contin\u00fae en la etapa de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser\u00e1 durante las siguientes fases del procedimiento cuando ambas partes presenten nuevas pruebas y argumentos.
