{"id":192361,"date":"2026-07-30T22:58:41","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T04:58:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=192361"},"modified":"2026-07-30T22:58:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T04:58:42","slug":"silao-aprueba-17-jubilaciones-ayuntamiento-reduce-rezago-historico-de-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/30\/silao-aprueba-17-jubilaciones-ayuntamiento-reduce-rezago-historico-de-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Silao aprueba 17 jubilaciones; Ayuntamiento reduce rezago hist\u00f3rico de trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ayuntamiento de Silao aprob\u00f3 diecisiete jubilaciones para trabajadores municipales durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria celebrada este jueves, una de las decisiones con mayor impacto laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La autorizaci\u00f3n coloca a la actual administraci\u00f3n con alrededor de veinticinco jubilaciones aprobadas, una cifra superior a la registrada durante el gobierno municipal anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los expedientes correspondieron a trabajadores que durante a\u00f1os esperaron el reconocimiento formal de este derecho, mientras diversos casos permanecieron pendientes dentro del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta recibi\u00f3 seis votos a favor, cuatro en contra y una abstenci\u00f3n, con lo que el Cabildo aval\u00f3 continuar el proceso para atender ese rezago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n presentada durante la sesi\u00f3n, la administraci\u00f3n anterior \u00fanicamente autoriz\u00f3 ocho jubilaciones, situaci\u00f3n que dej\u00f3 pendientes numerosos expedientes laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acuerdo representa un avance para trabajadores municipales que concluyeron su vida laboral y esperaban acceder a las prestaciones contempladas por la legislaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la discusi\u00f3n, las y los integrantes del Ayuntamiento respaldaron posiciones encontradas sobre el tema; sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda permiti\u00f3 concretar la autorizaci\u00f3n de jubilaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/30\/frenan-10-millones-para-santa-clara\/\">Frenan 10 millones para Santa Clara<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 otros asuntos relacionados con obra p\u00fablica, desarrollo urbano, presupuesto municipal y modificaciones financieras, aunque varias propuestas generaron divisi\u00f3n entre los ediles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre ellas destac\u00f3 la modificaci\u00f3n al Presupuesto de Egresos dos mil veintis\u00e9is, iniciativa que no alcanz\u00f3 la mayor\u00eda absoluta requerida y qued\u00f3 sin aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Cabildo tambi\u00e9n autoriz\u00f3 cambiar el recinto para la sesi\u00f3n solemne del ciento sesenta y seis aniversario de la Batalla del 10 de Agosto de 1860.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, las y los integrantes del Ayuntamiento reconocieron al joven beisbolista Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Hern\u00e1ndez Aguirre, originario de Pabileros, quien firmar\u00e1 con los Cachorros de Jalisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@elotroenfoque?_r=1&amp;_t=ZS-97ffhW6kR1t\">Sigue tambi\u00e9n las noticias en TikTok<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ayuntamiento de Silao aprob\u00f3 diecisiete jubilaciones para trabajadores municipales durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria celebrada este jueves, una de las decisiones con mayor impacto laboral.
