{"id":192506,"date":"2026-08-01T15:15:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-01T21:15:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=192506"},"modified":"2026-08-01T15:15:10","modified_gmt":"2026-08-01T21:15:10","slug":"carlos-bremer-compro-la-mansion-que-fue-incautada-a-zhenli-ye-gon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/08\/01\/carlos-bremer-compro-la-mansion-que-fue-incautada-a-zhenli-ye-gon\/","title":{"rendered":"Carlos Bremer compr\u00f3 la mansi\u00f3n que fue incautada a Zhenli Ye Gon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mansi\u00f3n que perteneci\u00f3 al empresario chino-mexicano Zhenli Ye Gon, escenario del hist\u00f3rico aseguramiento de m\u00e1s de 205 millones de d\u00f3lares en efectivo en 2007, fue adquirida a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s por el empresario Carlos Bremer en una subasta organizada por el Gobierno federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La operaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en agosto de 2019, cuando el entonces Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n y Enajenaci\u00f3n de Bienes (SAE) subast\u00f3 el inmueble ubicado en Lomas de Chapultepec, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. La propiedad fue vendida en 102 millones de pesos, superando su precio base de 95.5 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carlos Bremer muri\u00f3 en enero del 2024 y destac\u00f3 en sus \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en el programa Shark Tank M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" src=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/BREMER-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-192508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/BREMER-1024x575.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/BREMER-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/BREMER-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/BREMER-1536x863.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/BREMER.jpg 1538w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La compra se realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de una fundaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El propio Gobierno federal inform\u00f3 que la residencia fue adquirida por Carlos Bremer, a trav\u00e9s de la Fundaci\u00f3n Butaca-Enlace, con la intenci\u00f3n de convertirla en un espacio de apoyo al deporte y proyectos sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"638\" src=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/mansion-zhenli-ye-gon-millones_0_36_1280_797-1024x638.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-192509\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/mansion-zhenli-ye-gon-millones_0_36_1280_797-1024x638.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/mansion-zhenli-ye-gon-millones_0_36_1280_797-300x187.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/mansion-zhenli-ye-gon-millones_0_36_1280_797-768x478.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/mansion-zhenli-ye-gon-millones_0_36_1280_797-760x475.jpeg 760w, https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/mansion-zhenli-ye-gon-millones_0_36_1280_797.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, posteriormente trascendi\u00f3 que ese proyecto no pudo concretarse debido a diversos factores, entre ellos la oposici\u00f3n de algunos vecinos de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed es la mansi\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La residencia se encuentra en Sierra Madre 515, en la colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, y cuenta con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s de 1,500 metros cuadrados de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terreno de 1,218 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuatro niveles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diez habitaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alberca y jacuzzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cava y amplios jardines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estacionamiento para varios veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una casa marcada por la historia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mansi\u00f3n se volvi\u00f3 conocida a nivel internacional luego de que, en marzo de 2007, autoridades federales aseguraran en una de sus habitaciones 205 millones de d\u00f3lares, adem\u00e1s de millones de pesos y euros en efectivo, en uno de los decomisos de dinero m\u00e1s grandes registrados en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/31\/mueren-43-migrantes-tras-cruce-masivo-hacia-espana\/\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurri\u00f3 en la tragedia en Espa\u00f1a?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras permanecer asegurado durante varios a\u00f1os, el inmueble pas\u00f3 al patrimonio del Gobierno federal y fue vendido en la cuarta subasta de bienes realizada durante la administraci\u00f3n del entonces presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.
