La resoluci\u00f3n fue emitida por un juez de control del Poder Judicial del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hechos ocurrieron el 22 de enero de 2026 dentro de una vivienda de la colonia El Carmen CTM. De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el ahora sentenciado agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente a su madre, quien posteriormente muri\u00f3 a consecuencia de las lesiones provocadas durante el ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inicialmente, Christian Gustavo fue acusado por tentativa de feminicidio debido a la agresi\u00f3n contra su madre. Como resultado, recibi\u00f3 una condena de 27 a\u00f1os y 11 meses de prisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de una multa econ\u00f3mica y el pago correspondiente por la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sentencia tambi\u00e9n establece que Christian Gustavo deber\u00e1 recibir tratamiento psicoterap\u00e9utico integral.
