{"id":194508,"date":"2026-08-23T19:54:41","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T01:54:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/?p=194508"},"modified":"2026-08-23T19:54:42","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T01:54:42","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-homicidio-en-comonfort","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/08\/23\/vinculado-a-proceso-por-homicidio-en-comonfort\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por homicidio, en Comonfort"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Jos\u00e9 Ricardo \u201cN\u201d, se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio ocurrido en el municipio de Comonfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con los datos de prueba presentados ante un juez, los hechos se registraron durante la madrugada del 14 de octubre de 2020, entre las 01:30 y 02:00 horas, cuando la v\u00edctima circulaba a bordo de un veh\u00edculo por la avenida Ignacio Comonfort, con direcci\u00f3n hacia San Miguel de Allende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el imputado viajaba en una camioneta y habr\u00eda dado alcance al autom\u00f3vil de la v\u00edctima, para posteriormente presuntamente accionar un arma de fuego en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como consecuencia de la agresi\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima sufri\u00f3 lesiones que posteriormente le provocaron la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras las investigaciones realizadas por la Fiscal\u00eda, se reunieron elementos que permitieron presentar el caso ante la autoridad judicial.
