La m\u00fasica mexicana, sus ra\u00edces sociales y la diversidad cultural fueron protagonistas del concierto \u201cPaisajes del alma\u201d, ofrecido por la Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica de la Universidad de Guanajuato (OSUG) en el Teatro Ju\u00e1rez, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la directora hu\u00e9sped In\u00e9s Rodr\u00edguez y con la participaci\u00f3n especial del violonchelista \u00c1lvaro Bitr\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa llev\u00f3 al p\u00fablico por distintas \u00e9pocas y expresiones de la m\u00fasica nacional, comenzando con dos obras estrenadas en Guanajuato: \u201cOcho horas\u201d, bailable mec\u00e1nico (1931), de Jos\u00e9 Pomar, y \u201cConcierto de fuego\u201d para violonchelo y orquesta (1974), de Alexis Aranda, quien estuvo presente durante la presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La obra de Pomar destac\u00f3 por su contenido social y su representaci\u00f3n del mundo laboral. A trav\u00e9s de sonidos que evocan la imprenta, la electricidad, la maquinaria y el movimiento de una jornada de trabajo, la pieza hace referencia a las luchas obreras que contribuyeron al establecimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo de 1931.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En contraste, el \u201cConcierto de fuego\u201d forma parte del proyecto de Aranda dedicado a los cuatro elementos. La interpretaci\u00f3n tuvo como solista a \u00c1lvaro Bitr\u00e1n, reconocido por su trayectoria internacional y por ser el \u00fanico violonchelista mexicano que ha recibido en dos ocasiones el Grammy Latino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despu\u00e9s del intermedio, la OSUG interpret\u00f3 la Sinfon\u00eda n\u00fam. 3 (1996-2001), de Federico Ibarra, creada originalmente para la puesta en escena de La vida es sue\u00f1o, de Pedro Calder\u00f3n de la Barca, dirigida por Jos\u00e9 Luis Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El cierre estuvo a cargo de \u201cTundra. Un fr\u00edo que quema\u201d (2024), de Nubia Jaime Don Juan, una composici\u00f3n que entrelaza la identidad del danz\u00f3n mexicano con las danzas de pueblos ind\u00edgenas y la m\u00fasica popular de Sonora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con este recorrido musical, la OSUG reafirm\u00f3 su apuesta por acercar al p\u00fablico a composiciones que reflejan la historia, identidad y diversidad cultural de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
