En los audios se abordan supuestos pagos mensuales relacionados con la operaci\u00f3n de los comedores del Instituto Nacional Electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante las grabaciones presentadas por el periodista Carlos Loret de Mola, el contratista afirm\u00f3 que la empresa La Cosmopolitana entrega un mill\u00f3n y medio de pesos mensuales. Estos recursos corresponder\u00edan a presuntos sobornos para mantener el servicio de alimentaci\u00f3n dentro del instituto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, Hern\u00e1ndez Casillas asegur\u00f3 en la conversaci\u00f3n que la compa\u00f1\u00eda otorga un 15 por ciento adicional del valor total adjudicado. Dicho porcentaje equivale a cerca de 17 millones de pesos derivados del contrato firmado con la firma Productos Serel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revelan audios sobre supuestas comisiones por contratos en el INE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acuerdo comercial se formaliz\u00f3 en abril de 2025 para operar nueve comedores situados en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Pachuca. La adjudicaci\u00f3n del servicio contempl\u00f3 un monto m\u00e1ximo asignado de 112 millones de pesos para la cobertura operativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n lee: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elotroenfoque.mx\/index.php\/2026\/11\/07\/renueva-silao-infraestructura-hidraulica-en-mezquite-de-sotelo\/\">Renueva Silao infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica en Mezquite de Sotelo<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el contratista se\u00f1al\u00f3 que La Cosmopolitana otorg\u00f3 otro 15 por ciento a un tercero y plante\u00f3 renegociar el posterior contrato. Cabe destacar que Productos Serel y La Cosmopolitana forman parte del Grupo Cosmos, propiedad del empresario Jack Landsmanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el reportaje period\u00edstico, dicha corporaci\u00f3n empresarial ha obtenido contratos multimillonarios con el gobierno federal.
